Our dishes have been carefully designed and crafted to achieve a balance of elements; modifying or removing even a single ingredient would compromise the final result.
To ensure the experience is enjoyed as intended by the Chef, no changes can be made to the menus.

For tables of 4 guests or more, the choice of menu is mandatory.
As we do not have tables that can accommodate more than 6 guests, for reservations exceeding this number, guests will be seated at two separate round tables that cannot be joined together. In this case, please contact us.
To ensure a proper welcome, we kindly ask guests with a reservation to ring the bell upon arrival and state the name under which the reservation was made, even if the gate is open.
