Dear Customer, please read the booking and cancellation conditions carefully. The limited nature of available seats obliges us to provide for a charge in case of absence, cancellation, change of date or diners that has not been communicated by email or phone 48 hours in advance.
Table reservations
The best available table will be assigned at the time of reservation. We cannot guarantee the table in front of the window.
Waiting List
If there is no availability for the requested date, it will be possible to register you on our waiting list by filling out the appropriate form.
Only in the event that, following a cancellation, actual availability opens up, will you be contacted.
If you do not respond, we will contact the next person.
Same-day reservations
Same-day reservations cannot be made online. If you would like a table for today please contact us at 0445 1690107.
Since we do not have tables that can accommodate more than 4 people for reservations above this number, guests must be divided into two round tables that cannot be joined.
Dress Code
We do not impose a dress code on guests in our restaurant, however we do ask for the courtesy of not wearing shorts or flip-flops.
Cancellations
Please remember that you can cancel your reservation up to 48 before the day of arrival.
In case of non-attendance there is a penalty of 80 euros per person.
In case of delay we ask you to notify us by phone.
Over 30 minutes of unreported delay the table will not be guaranteed.
Children
We welcome children, but we also love peace and quiet in our restaurant. Guests with children under 8 years old will be accommodated in the private room, if available. In any case, should you decide to bring children with you, we ask that you pay careful attention to respecting other guests.
